Collective Mark

The Collective Mark means a mark distinguishing the goods or services of a person or an association of persons who is the proprietor thereof from those of others. The Collective Mark is a symbol identifying the manufacturer's membership of a grade or organization or of goods manufactured or services provided by members of a particular organization.

Since the definition of trademark includes collective mark, the provisions applicable to trade mark infringement shall apply to collective marks as well.
